The Donne Fittipaldi winery was established in 1992 after extensive and sensitive restructuring which has restored the estate to its ravishing original beauty. The property covers 46 hectares which surround the house ‘The Pineta’. Wines are drawn naturally and are not stabilized by invasive strategy or processing, to safeguard the wholesome, authentic aromas and flavours, and offer customers a taste of true heritage.​​​​​​​
