On 1921, Established by the legendary winemaker Maurice O’Shea, one of the founding fathers of the modern Australian wine industry. Mc William’s purchased Mount Pleasant on 1932 and kept O’Shea on as winemaker for the rest of his life. Mount Pleasant has some of the oldest vines in Australia, including the iconic Lovedale.
